Before we can use Whatsapp Chatbot in Message2u, we have to create an APP in Facebook Developer, which is connected to Whatsapp Account Manager, so that our Chatbot can communicate and send messages smoothly, this is called Whatsapp Cloud API.
There are a few things that must be done before we can continue to create this APP.
- Create Facebook Business Account Manager Account
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Create a Facebook APP in Facebook Developers
