When we use the Whatsapp Cloud API to send messages to our customers, our cell phone numbers do not have company-related information. Customers are often treated as spam message.
Therefore, it is our responsibility to add more brand information to the Whatsapp number, so that our customers can contact us again at any time. Such as, company’s address, logo, website, social Media link and etc.
